Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Check-in time is 2pm. If you wish to arrive earlier please contact reception.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, Guests arriving after hours are required to contact reception prior to 7pm to arrange a late entry.
Q: When is the housekeeping/service of rooms done?
A: Housekeeping/service of rooms is done only Monday to Friday. There is no housekeeping or service of rooms on weekends or public holidays so you can come to reception if anything is required for your rooms.
Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, we do have undercover parking.
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Lancaster Court Motel are non-smoking.
Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: No, but breakfast is available in your room or on our sundeck between 7 and 8.30am.
Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, rooms are serviced daily upon your request.
Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, internet upgraded in 2017.
Q: Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
A: Yes we have a large sundeck with bbq and enclosed, paved, pool area, with table and chairs. Also garden seating on the lawn.
Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: Walking distance to Annerley shopping strip and Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre.
Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: Lancaster Court is a short walk to restaurants and fast food outlets including Fasta Pasta, Subway, Hungry Jacks, KFC.
Q: How close are you to Princess Alexandra Hospital and other hospitals?
A: We are approximately 2km from Princess Alexandra Hospital and approximately 3km from Greenslopes and the Mater Hospitals. Maps are available at reception.
Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: Yes, in all rooms.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival will incur a $20 administration fee. For bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival the full amount of the booking will be charged.
Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: All bookings require a deposit equal to cost of the first night or 50% of the total booking, whichever is the greater.
